How do I update or add more photos/videos to a profile after it’s created?
While initial uploads can be done during the profile creation stage, additional photos and videos can be submitted through a separate upload form. Our Profile Care Team then adds them to your profile after a short review. This process helps us keep the platform safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone. This form is also sharable, which allows you to share it with friends and family so they too can contribute their memories!
Are the Memory Markers weatherproof and durable?

Only the account holder who created the profile has access to edit or update it. Profiles are password-protected, and any changes must go through the owner’s login.
